The III Kazakh-Kyrgyz Forum of Talented Youth was held in Bishkek as part of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s official visit to the Kyrgyz Republic. This year, the forum focused on developing digital and innovative cooperation among creative youth.
The event began with the premiere of the documentary film “Chokan Valikhanov: The Bright Star of History”, dedicated to the work of Chokan Valikhanov in studying the history and culture of the two nations.
The forum was attended by Aida Balaeva, Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Marat Imankulov, State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic; as well as representatives of the cultural, scientific, and creative sectors and intellectuals from both countries.
During the forum, Minister Aida Balaeva met with Mirbek Mambetaliev, Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, to discuss the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

Additionally, the forum focused on the creative industry and digitalization. Panel sessions were held on “New Generation AI Startups: From Local Ideas to Global Markets” and “Ed-tech Projects: New Challenges”, attended by over 300 young IT entrepreneurs, startup founders, programmers, bloggers, and media specialists.
As part of President Tokayev’s official visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan Culture Days are being held in Bishkek, including the “Kazakh Cinema Days” and a celebratory concert dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Nurgisa Tilendiev.
