The III Kazakh-Kyrgyz Forum of Talented Youth was held in Bishkek as part of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s official visit to the Kyrgyz Republic. This year, the forum focused on developing digital and innovative cooperation among creative youth.

From June 26 to August 27, 2025, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to accept applications from candidates for the “Daryn” State Youth Prize.
As part of the meeting of young talents and leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) held in the East Kazakhstan Region, the “SCO Youth Dialogue” forum was organized. The forum was attended by Kairat Kambarov, Chairman of the Committee for Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Yerbol Nurgaliyev, Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan Region; and Mr. Jiao Huaixin, Advisor to the Department of Administrative and Legal Affairs of the SCO Secretariat.
Applications continue to be accepted for the competition to award the “Generation of Independence” grant established by the Head of State in Kazakhstan.
Today, a briefing was held at the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the awarding of the “Daryn” State Youth Prize and the “Generation of Independence” grant.
